   Be + Adjective : Be careful. Be ambitious.

   Be + Adjective : Don't be silly.

   Verb : Let's go. Let's not do it.

▸ 유도부사

   There is a clock on the wall. ( “벽에 있다“ 에 중점을 둔다)

   cf. A clock is on the wall.

      (주어, 동사 등 중요한 문장이 먼저 오지만

      여기서 중요한 것은 위치! 어디에 있는가가 중요)

   Is there a hotel near here?

   ( No. there isn't / No. there aren't any hotels near here.)

▸ 많다 또는 적다 => 많이 있다 또는 많이 있지 않다.

   There are many apples.

   There aren't many apples.

   How many players are there on a soccer team?

   There are 11 players on the team.

   cf. There is a book on the desk.(~에 있다)

      I like this book. It's funny.(좀 전 그 책=그것은~)

▸ 유도부사 - 시제응용

   There is a train every hour. (원래 시간표 -> 현재)

   There was a train at 11.

   There has been an accident. 

   (보진 못했지만) 어머, 사고가 났었네! => have pp.

   There will be rain tomorrow. (예상) 내일 비가 올 거야.

▸ It

   뻔한 주어일 때 동사가 바로 따라온다. 이 때 it을 사용한다.

   (요일, 거리 등)

   It's a long way. ( not Distance is a long way.)

   cf. 부정일 때 주로 It's not far.

      또 다른 경우 Is it far? How far is it? It's not far.상용된다.

   It's sunny. (not The weather is sunny. )

  It's nice to see you again. ( not "See you again" is nice.)

   It's impossible to understand you.
